Cook Your Goose

Skin on goose breasts
3T grated onion
4 tsp. grated carrots
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 C. white wine

Marinate 8 hours in a zip bag. Remove and pat dry. Grill 10 min on each side.
